A scenic mountain-road journey north toward the Tibetan border to the trailhead village of Syabrubesi.
Day 3 · 6 hrs

Along the Langtang Khola through dense forest — home to langur monkeys and red pandas — climbing steadily to Lama Hotel.
Day 4 · 6 hrs
↑ 3,430 m
The valley opens to reveal Langtang Lirung. You pass the memorial to the village lost in the 2015 earthquake, now rebuilt with great resilience.
Day 5 · 4 hrs

A short, beautiful walk past mani walls and yak pastures to Kyanjin Gompa, beneath a ring of glaciated peaks.
Day 6 · 5–7 hrs
↑ 4,984 m
The scenic highlight: an early climb up Tserko Ri (4,984 m) or Kyanjin Ri for a 360° panorama of the Langtang Himal, then cheese factory and monastery visits.
Day 7 · 6 hrs
↑ 2,480 m
Retrace the valley trail, dropping quickly back through Langtang Village and into the forest.
Day 8 · 5 hrs

A final forest descent along the river back to the trailhead village.

The mountain road back to the capital, with a free evening.
